Refunds

Kouch will accept return goods in case the goods are found damaged at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be re-packed in the original packaging.

Our team will assess the damage and revert within 1-2 days with a solution. We will either replace the piece or take any other corrective measure to solve the problem.

Furniture, hand-made items, hand-painted items, digital print variations, fabric & upholstery may have minor variations in grain and colour. These aspects are what make each product unique and will not be covered under the replacement policy.

If  Kouch is unable to replace a product due to non-availability of the product  the entire amount paid will be refunded to you. The refund amount will be credited to the same bank account or credit card used for the transaction, the maximum duration for the refund is 20 days, however we value your money and business with us and will try to get the refund done as soon as possible

Our return policy will not be applicable to products which reveal damage to the outer packing or the product itself, products which appear to be partially used, product with minor scratches / chips/ blemishes etc and products purchased during sales / promotions / offers.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
sale items will be refunded only if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery .
